So you have your dasher direct card & account, but if you need to transfer to your personal bank account it takes 1-2 business days. Its my go to gas station so I called and they basically told me they couldn't do anything about it. The day after I called it started working again. I haven't had a problem since. *knocks on wood.

You have to call the dedicated support line, the phone numbers listed in the help menu. Doordash Support can't help with Direct issues.
