Like everyone says, magus is mostly melee damage with self buffs, those spell pen and ele focus feats are going to waste. Use self buffs, get 4 elements on your weapon (three with arcana), and grab Elemental Barrage. That's the basic way magus works right now. Str builds is more damage, while Dex builds can go into high AC tanks easier. The spellstrike uses your attack roll to determine the success of the spell. Don’t bother pumping STR too much. The +1-2 extra damage isn’t that big a deal.
