QS 2 with speed eating 2 and 2-2-0 is pretty good imo. Edit: To explain my thinking process, I like to use speed eating as its lower dps downtime and its a jewel 2 (gobbler 2) so it has to compete with attack/expert,CB etc, which are A/S grades on charms and super rare, where as speed eating is fairly common at B and can be even lvl 3. 1.
