Nechryaels are better GP/hr but they're also a lot more annoying to kill because of Death Spawns and no aggression. Nechs definitely feel like a bit better GP, just from doing them on task. I'd still do Gargs though, just cause you can easily AFK them. Nechs aren't aggressive so you have to manually attack them.
