The latest nerf to suspend instantly made Strand titan engaging again. Rather than just infinitely suspending a champ by default, I feel like I need to have a proper build to achieve it. I have to optimize single target damage to get my grenade back faster, maybe take a blinding GL to stun enemies while I get my barricade back.
