Accepted Solution. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. I checked all the coax connectors (also the tivo with the cable card). I do have two 1 into 2 splitters ("good ones") in the living room. They are for both Tivos and one moca/wifi box (WCB3000N). I do check them if I have bad errors, which has happened before, so I always have my handy pliers right there.
